Freight rates are valid only for the period stated in the quotation and remain subject to carrier space, fuel adjustments, exchange rates and local charges.
Capacity is arranged after written confirmation. Cargo must be packed, labeled and ready according to the agreed schedule unless preparation services are included.

Payment timing, currency and banking details follow the confirmed quotation or service agreement.
